Here's a shameless plug for a new children's book called Fundi the Snail. 'Tis shameless because the creator, author and illustrator are my three illustrious aunts. My Aunt Daphne came up with the idea, my Aunt Allison wrote the story, and my Aunt Devon illustrated it. I have included a link to it on Amazon.com, where it is available for purchase. It's a little expensive because it is self-published, but it's a good book. It's a little bit long for one sitting for pre-schoolers, but is great for school age kids and pre-schoolers will enjoy hearing a chapter at a time. We went to a public reading/book signing and it went over well. Ruby sat through the whole thing and really liked the story.
